How Our Consignment Process Works:

1. Submit Your Item
 Start by sharing photos and videos of the bag you wish to consign. This allows us to provide an initial quotation based on the visual details.

2. Receive a Quotation
 We’ll provide an initial quotation based on the photos you send. A final quotation will be given after we’ve received and inspected the item in person.

3. Authentication
Once you agree with our quotation, we’ll initiate the authentication process. If the item is proven authentic, we’ll proceed with consignment. However, if the item is found not to be authentic, a service fee of RM180 will be applied for the authentication process.

4. Consignment Period
We offer a maximum consignment period of 8 weeks (2 months). If consignors wish to withdraw their items before this period ends, a penalty fee of RM200 will apply.

5. Negotiation & Sales
Any further negotiations, installment payments, or inquiries from potential buyers will be communicated to you before we finalize any sale.

6. Payout
Once your item is sold, we will release your payout within 3-5 business days into the account provided.
